I bought this knee sleeve because my right knee had started acting up, especially when I was going up and down the stairs. It wasn’t anything dramatic, but it was that annoying achy feeling where you start noticing every step, and I figured some extra support couldn’t hurt. I’ve mostly been wearing it around the house for a few hours at a time, and that’s when I notice it helps the most.
It’s definitely not some instant miracle cure, so I don’t want to make it sound like my knee is suddenly perfect, but I do feel less sore by the end of the day when I wear it. The only reason I’m taking off a star is that it can get a little warm after a while, which makes sense since it’s snug, but it’s still something I noticed. Overall, I’m glad I got it.

These are actually super comfy and fit me really well all day. No adjusting or weird tight spots, just easy to wear and feel good.
